There is the option to take a 30-day rolling contract with no minimum commitment or include the cost of your VoIP handsets and spread the cost over a 3-year term. Calls can be pay as you go, or 4000 mins per month of calls per user can be included in the cost. Pricing is on a per user per month basis with prices starting from as little as £5 per month per month. Simplified Hosted has a range of advanced modular features including an advanced analytics package with wallboard integration. MiFID II compliant call recording with lifetime cloud storage is available for organisations who need to retain full audit trails for regulatory purposes, or to mitigate disputes or potential litigation. A range of UC options allow users to include a desktop softphone application that will integrate with Outlook and enable users to utilise the advanced features of our hosted solution from the desktop.
