What if I decide I do not want the goods that I have ordered?

If you decide within 14 days that you do not want the goods that you have purchased please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and the correct address to return the goods to. The goods must be returned complete (including all accessories, packaging and paperwork) and in the original packaging, undamaged and in resalable condition. The goods must be returned in a secure outer package to protect the goods from damage, no labels, tape or stickers are to be placed on the goods for return – only on the secure outer package. If the goods are not considered ‘as new’ you may be charged a 20% handling fee or the goods may be returned to you. The goods must be returned by the buyer, Handset Solutions do not accept responsibility for the goods until they have been signed for by Handset Solutions. No carriage costs will be refunded if you decide to return the goods to us.

For hygiene reasons headsets cannot be returned if they have been worn or handled in any way.

Faulty Items

If you think your product may be faulty please give us a call and will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will be asked for your original order details and a full description of the fault, we may require some additional information to help identify and pinpoint the issue.

If the unit is considered faulty we will email you a Returns Authorisation Number and confirm the details for returning the goods.

If goods are being returned directly to Handset Solutions, once the faulty items have been received they will be inspected and tested and you will be notified via email of the outcome. If a replacement has been requested you will receive an email to confirm dispatch or if a refund has been requested and agreed we will email you to confirm this has been processed. The returns process usually takes between 5/7 working days but can take longer during particularly busy periods. If no fault is found the unit will be returned to the buyer and up to a 20% Returns charge may be applied.
