The Xenexx XS825 is Xenexx’s premium range Binaural Noise Cancelling Headset that offers all the features of a top of the range headset but at the price level of their competitors entry level models. The Xenexx XS825s ultra noise cancelling microphone cuts out even higher levels of background noise than the XS335 to give even clearer transmission and the twin earpiece enables agent to better focus on their calls.
The Xenexx XS825 incorporates sideband technology, so on calls to landline/home phones will sound like normal but on Voip calls will sound even better. This is helped by a 270 degree rotating flexible boom arm, enabling the user to wear the boom arm on the right of left side of the face and to correctly position the microphone for most optimal performance. Supersoft leather ear pads add to the comfort of the headset and the cable is reinforced with kevlar to make the cable extremely durable.
The Xenexx range also comes with a quick disconnect plug that is compatible with both Xenexx and Plantronics bottom cords, so potentially another cost saving.
